Israeli occupation forces have killed 324 Palestinian civilians since the start of the Great Return March protests east of Gaza on 30 March, 2018, a human rights said Sunday.
In a press statement, the group explained that Israeli occupation authorities was holding the bodies of 16 Palestinian civilians killed by Israeli gunfire, including three children.
Among the 211 civilians gunned down by Israeli occupation forces while participating in the Great Return March demonstrations, there are 46 children, two ladies, nine disabled people, four paramedics, and two journalists, the rights group added.
Israeli occupation forces shot and wounded 18,085 Palestinians, including 4,483 children, 813 women, the Gaza-based rights group pointed out.
About 9,080 of the wounded Palestinians, including 1,929 children and 177 women, were injured by Israeli live fire.
Some 212 paramedics were injured by Israeli gunfire, 42 of whom were shot and wounded more than once, whereas 173 journalists were shot and injured by Israeli occupation forces during the Great Return March protests.
Israeli occupation forces have used lethal and disproportionate forces to suppress the peaceful demonstrators for the 73th Friday of the Great Return March protests, the human rights group noted.
