Israeli occupation forces have arrested 471 Palestinians, including 95 children and ten women, over the past month, Palestinian Prisoners and Freed Prisoner Committee said.
In a fact sheet issued on Tuesday evening, the groups explained that Israeli occupation troops detained 156 Palestinians from Jerusalem, 49 others from the West Bank cities of Ramallah and Birah, and 120 others from Hebron.
In raids on Jenin, Israeli occupation forces arrested 37 Palestinians and 24 others were detained in arrest campaigns in Bethlehem.
However, nine of the detained people by Israeli occupation forces are from the Gaza Strip, added the rights groups.
Until the end of February 2020, the number of Palestinian detainees in Israeli occupation prisons has reached about 5,000, 43 of them are women and nearly 180 others are children.
The rights groups pointed out that approximately 430 of the Palestinian detainees are held under administrative detention without a charge or trial.
In February, Israeli occupation courts have issued 107 administrative detention orders, either to hold Palestinians indefinitely without a charge or a trial for the first time or to renew the arrest of prisoners held under administrative detention.
