The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas has condemned the mass incursions into the blessed al-Aqsa Mosque by Israeli colonial settlers.

Hamas spokesperson for occupied Jerusalem Mohammed Hamada said these incursions were part of the continued aggression against and desecration of the holy site by the fascist government.

Hamada added that the Palestinian people, despite the restrictions imposed on them, "are committed to safeguarding the sanctity of the al-Aqsa Mosque".

The extremist settlers' storming of al-Aqsa would never be accepted as a daily practice, Hamada concluded.
